How It Works (Next Steps)
Step 1: Place Your Order Click Start My Order to begin.
Select Processing Speed: You will choose "Standard" (5-7 days) or "Rush" (24-48 hours) at the final checkout screen under "Shipping."
Step 2: Enter Return Address At checkout, please enter the "Shipping Address" where you want your completed documents delivered.
Step 3: Mail Your Documents Immediately after payment, check your email for your Order Confirmation. It contains the address of our Phoenix Processing Center. Please mail your original documents to us (we recommend FedEx or UPS).
Step 4: We Process & Return We will email you the moment we receive your package. We handle the entire state authentication process and ship the completed Apostille back to you.
Important Document Requirements:
Birth/Death Certs: Must be a Certified Copy from the state/county (not a photocopy).
Notarized Docs: Must have a valid notary block. Not sure? Email us a photo for a free review before mailing.
