FAQ

  • Q: What areas do you serve for mobile notary appointments?

We provide mobile notary service throughout the entire Phoenix Metro area, including Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, and Glendale. We travel to homes, offices, hospitals, coffee shops, and care facilities.

Q: How much does a mobile notary visit cost?

Our base travel rate starts at $60, which includes travel to your location and the notarization of your first signature. Each additional signature is just $10 (the standard Arizona state rate). We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

Q: Do you offer same-day or after-hours appointments?

Yes! We specialize in urgent requests. You can book a same-day appointment directly through our [Book Now] page. For after-hours or weekend availability, please check our live calendar.

Q: What type of ID is required for notarization?

All signers must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Acceptable forms include:

    • U.S. Driver’s License or ID Card

    • U.S. Passport or Passport Card

    • Foreign Passport (must be stamped by USCIS if it's not a driver's license)

    • U.S. Military ID

  • Q: What is an Apostille and why do I need one?

An Apostille is a specialized certificate issued by the Arizona Secretary of State that authenticates your document for use in another country. You typically need one for dual citizenship, foreign marriage, teaching abroad (FBI Checks), or international business transactions.

Q: How long does the Apostille process take?

    We offer two speeds:

    • Standard Processing: 5-7 business days.

    • RUSH Processing: 24-48 hours (We hand-carry your documents to the Secretary of State). Timeframes depend on state processing times, but we handle all the logistics for you.

Q: Can you Apostille a birth certificate?

Yes, but you must have a Certified Copy issued by the State or County Office of Vital Records (usually on blue/safety paper with a raised seal). We cannot Apostille photocopies or "souvenir" certificates from the hospital.

Q: Can you help with FBI Background Checks for Visas?

Absolutely. We specialize in federal authentication for FBI Identity History Summaries. We can process the digital PDF version you received, saving you the hassle of mailing physical prints.

  • Q: Are your translations accepted by USCIS?

Yes. We provide Certified Translations that meet all USCIS requirements for immigration, as well as standards for universities and courts. Each translation comes with a signed Certificate of Accuracy.

Q: Do you perform Loan Signings for real estate closings?

Yes, we are NNA Certified Loan Signing Agents. We work with Title Companies and Lenders to facilitate closings for Purchases, Refinances, HELOCs, and Seller Packages. We ensure all dates, initials, and signatures are perfect to prevent funding delays.
